This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that Shell Energy North America (US), L.P., a company registered in the United States whose registered office is at 1000 Main, 12th Floor, Houston, Texas 77002, USA (“Company”) obtains from you as a result of making the Shell Energy Connect Website available to you.  The Website is intended to provide you with access to energy industry reports, real-time market pricing data, and customer account information.
